Our CRNA and anesthesiologist positions offer competitive salaries and an attractive benefit package. All anesthesiologist positions are on a two year shareholder (partner) track. We are a forward-thinking anethesia group in an attractive Florida location with an effective leadership and management team. CRNAs considering us for employment will find our schedule to be particularly attractive relative to most other organizations. Contenders for our anesthesiology positions will likewise be impressed by the anesthesia schedule. Candidates for anesthesiology job openings also like the compensation structure for shareholders (payment system for time worked creates flexibility). We have an excellent working relationship among ourselves, with the facilities where we practice and within the community.
As a result, we have been fortunate enough to have significant stability in our staff. Many of our CRNAs have been with us more than ten years, with several reaching the twenty-year mark this year. Likewise, with the exception of a number of recent hires to accommodate expansion/replace anesthesiologists retiring from practice, most of our anethesiologists have also been with us for 10-15 years or longer. We believe that this speaks volumes about the kind of place this is to live and work.
We are committed to maintaining the quality of the service we provide. With a group this size, we must always prepare for someone needing or wanting to be gone for a period of time. We never want to be in a position where we must compromise the quality of our service or our relationships by having to hire too quickly. We want people who are the "right fit" and will be happy in our organization.
